Hi Prabhakar,
We have the Spectra X as the light source for our high content screening system. It’s really great for this purpose as we have multiband filter cubes so it speeds up the acquisition process considerably.
Though you do need to make sure that you check carefully for bleedthrough/cross-excitation with suitable controls.
