The most I've seen is a 4x 0.2NA with about 3 to 5mm FOV. There might be a
macro-objective out there with wide FOV while still retaining a decent NA.
I know Nikon made a system called the AZC2+ which was a large area
confocal. I'm sure other vendors have similar.
