I use it almost daily to automate slide and multi-well scanning in our
facility. It's great but requires some time to learn (faster to learn and
use than e.g. python but you can hit the ceiling a bit earlier (though you
can combine with macros)). There are a few limitations (e.g. size and
saving of initial scan), but it is quite powerful and flexible. Most of our
users (mainly bio or medical) dont learn it, but you can make e.g. wizards
for their JOB.
