haven't tried it myself, because, what's the point? FEP has RI close to that
of water, so it does not introduce severe aberration when used for sample
embedding with water-based immersion media. In BABB a FEP tube would cause
bad aberrations (depending on tube dimensions and the NA of your objective
lens)...

But my guess is it is chemically compatible. FEP is similar to PTFE in many
respects, see here:

Hi All,

Does anyone know if FEP can stand up to BABB? The obvious test is to put
some tubing in BABB, but the corrosion could be slow enough that I can't
see it, and I don't want to contaminate the objective (lightsheet
application (and I do know this will be an optical nightmare)).
