Hi Joe,

I really like DyLight 405 both for confocal and 3D-SIM.  It's very picky
regarding anti-fades though - use Prolong Diamond (uncured) and it is
just fine (not so good with Prolong Gold). Just to warn you, if you look
down the microscope visually you will think the staining hasn't worked,
the autofluorescence overwhelms the dye, but when you start imaging it's
totally different.
