Your point is very valid, Juan, which is why Leica typically offers this
with their adjustable band 5-channel detector system. It is essentially a
5-band monochrometer system that can be adjusted to match the lines you
have selected from the WLL. Zeiss also has a spectral offering that can do
much the same thing, although I am not sure if it is as good at blocking
the excitation as I have never personally used or observed it.
