Hi Mary
We don’t have okolabs in the facility here, but we have several Tokai hit incubation Systems that we use on our Leica Confocals. I have nothing but good things to say about them. On our Zeiss LSM 880 we use the zeiss incubation system, seems to be working all right.

We have both the Prior Z deck, and the Piezo Z stages, though we found out that switching between the two is more difficult/time consuming than we first realized. Currently the Piezo Z stage is in place.

I tried to get a Tokai Hit demo but the unit is booked until April, 2020. I reached out to and got a quote for a similar unit from OkoLabs but now we are ready to purchase and I'm concerned about buying either units sight unseen or without vetting from people in the community. What are people's experience with these systems? Thanks in advance.
