Haven't used Tokai, but we are very happy with our Okolab stage top enclosure for CO2. The quality is very high and the magnetic inserts are nice. There was even an adapter for our Cellasic microfluidic plates, which was a bonus.
Let us know how you get on,

HI all,
We have a Zeiss LSM 880 NLO on the AxioExaminer/upright body with 35 channel GaAsP spectral detector, BiG detector, Airyscan and Airyscan Fast. We have both the Prior Z deck, and the Piezo Z stages, though we found out that switching between the two is more difficult/time consuming than we first realized. Currently the Piezo Z stage is in place.
We wish to purchase an incubation system for use with our dipping lenses and it appears that Tokai Hit and OkoLabs are the main systems out there. I tried to get a Tokai Hit demo but the unit is booked until April, 2020. I reached out to and got a quote for a similar unit from OkoLabs but now we are ready to purchase and I'm concerned about buying either units sight unseen or without vetting from people in the community. What are people's experience with these systems? Thanks in advance.
Best,
