We have implemented Slack + Zoom, together with remote access to OMERO our
situation not that bad actually (productivity vise). We have a regular
morning "fika" (coffee) with the whole group on Zoom every day, and are
planning on holding the next journal club and group meeting through Zoom.
This has worked surprisingly well.
