Hi there

We have been using zoom quite a lot. Works very well for remote lectures. One needs to mute all them unmute the speaker to make sure one doesn't hear noise from the audience. The audience can raise their hands if they want to be unmuted.

For the best audience experience, it is important that the speaker uses a headset, not a laptop mic and speakers.

For meetings I find that things work best if each participant is in a separate physical room with their own laptop and headset. Having for example a few persons in one room and a few more a different locations doesn't work so well because those in the same room always end up speaking at the same time, forgetting the constrains of a remote meeting when people need to speak one by one. If be interested to hear if someone managed to get the situation described above to work well.

Med vänlig hälsning / Best regards

Sylvie

Hi folks,

Has anyone tried switching to remote group meetings or lab meetings?  I think it would be useful for people to know what others have tried, what works well, and what works not so well.

Thanks!
