Dear Erika--
It looks as if all of your responses have been emailed directly to you,
rather than to the list. (Or to be more clear: I haven't seen any of the
responses!). Would you mind sharing any protocols for making sections to
stick to coverslips? I expect there are others out there who would
appreciate that--especially if you're making it work for RNA localization.
