Hi All,
I contacted the organizers of the NIH 3D repository today to get an update and they are still very enthusiastic about starting a microscopy collection for us. Part of the delay is due to the building of a new website which is close to completion. They are looking for our input for not only 3D printing templates but to also move into 3D image rendering. My NIH colleague is drafting a summary of the site plans and development options that I will post to the listserv next week. You are welcome to submit feedback to the options they present, or suggest new options. We plan to meet the end of March to move forward with implementation of the specific site design options.

Thanks for hanging in there!

Hi all,

I'm going to give this thread a bump. Has anyone heard anything in regards to the NIH microscopy 3D print repository?

Have a nice day!

Science is built up of facts, as a house is built of stones; but an accumulation of facts is no more a science than a heap of stones is a house.  /Henri Poincaré
