Hi Claire,

Our rates for internal users (people from The University of Auckland) can be seen here<https://www.fmhs.auckland.ac.nz/en/sms/about/our-departments/biomedical-imaging-research-unit/Equipment-charges.html>. For training, we only charge the equipment time. There is no additional staff charge. If researchers want us to carry out the imaging for them, there is a charge for staff time. However, this is quite rare. It's usually only for something like slide-scanning of histological sections. External users are charged more depending on whether they are from another educational institution or are commercial.

We have also just taken possession of a new Abberior STED microscope. Fortunately, we have been able to keep the charge to $60 per hour for use of this system. Our school/faculty provides additional financial support by covering staff costs and making up any shortfall in depreciation.

Kind regards,

Jacqui

Hello,

We are reviewing our fee structure for confocal based high content screening.
Can anyone share their rates with me? Feel free to email me directly if you prefer or send a link to your facility fees.

We have the Perkin Elmer Opera Phenix.

All the best,

Claire
