Dear friends,
in my lab, we decided to touch the base about some aspects related to super resolved fluorescence e molecular imaging. Considering super resolved methods and FRET we decided to attack a question that we and, maybe, many others escaped about the meaning of super resolution imaging related to the sample preparation and to the fact that moving ahed from 200 nm diffraction limited imagiung we can have a different view of our specimens. This super resolved view can be used to say something more if we have a critical evaluation of labelling.
One paper is related to correlative nanoscopy discussing a sort of "dark side" of fluorescence with the integration of an atomic force microscopy approach while the other paper is related to evaluation of FRET-based imaging as function, again, of the labelling density. Both papers are "open access". In case of problems in downloading the papers, please ask for the pdf ([hidden email]) or check on my research gate page.
Have relaxing Summer days.
Alby

Both links point to the same paper. Could you provide the link to the
AFM-STED paper?

Thanks for sharing
