Sunday December 2 - informal dinner with out of towners.

Monday December 3, 2012, Multiplex Imaging in Histology workshop

    - 15plex on web site),

9:50-10:35am Walter Hittelman (MDACC) / Mike Diehl (Rice Univ),
reiterative multiplex immunofluorescence by in situ strand displacement.

10:35-11:00am coffee break (since lunch will be 1pm) ... possibly
tour nanoscopes? ... possibly brief attendee introductions?

    11:00-11:50 Dragan Maric, 10plex/30plex immunofluorescence

12:00-12:50pm Noon talk: Richard Levenson, Multiplex Imaging
Clinical Impact, joint with MDACC Pediatrics Ground Rounds

    12:50-1:30pm Lunch

1:30-2:10 pm Badri Roysam (U Houston) and Bill Shain (Seattle Childrens)

Professor would lead, and then "Answer the question"

Breakout groups might be (leaders - topics ... tentative plan!):

    a. Richard Levenson - clinical multiplexing

    b. Dragan Maric & Peter Lee - specimen preparation and reagent selection

    c. Tomasz Zal - image acquisition

    d. Badri Roysam - image analysis

4:00-5:00pm summaries from the breakout groups (15 min each if four
    groups)
