To join, leave or search the confocal microscopy listserv, go to: http://lists.umn.edu/cgi-bin/wa?A0=confocalmicroscopy ***** It is a great pleasure to announce the release of the iBiology Microscopy Courses at http://www.ibiology.org/ibioeducation/taking-courses.html. These two online Microscopy courses (one long, one short) are freely available, and consist of ~30 min. lectures on all major topics in light microscopy given by leaders in the field, labs demonstrating specific techniques at the microscope, and short tips. We hope these courses will be useful to you. Best, Nico Stuurman |

Thanks for making this material available. I like the fact that one is not forced to register or use proprietary software (iTunes et al.) to view the content and that the videos can be downloaded and stored for later use. To join, leave or search the confocal microscopy listserv, go to: http://lists.umn.edu/cgi-bin/wa?A0=confocalmicroscopy ***** Dear Nico, Thanks for the fantastic resource. It is very exciting to learn microscopy directly from the leading biology/microscopy researchers. I liked very much the practice-related style of the videos and showing many most current applications. I definitely will recommend this resource to my Core users and students on the campus.
