Good Day to all

As many of you have learned the BioMeda Company the manufacturer of the
popular Crystal Mount, Gel Mount and similar products have not been
available in the marketplace for quite a few months This has caused an
uproar in the community and has left many customers stranded. We have
been trying to address this issue and finally we have succeeded.
We have been able to locate a former employee of the BioMeda company
and they been manufacturing these formulations for themselves
We have had the opportunity to test all of the new manufacturers
products and we are elated to report that we can find any difference in
the new product vs the original formulation

With this in mind we do have available from the new supplier the Gel
and Crystal mount in all of the original sizes. Our part number is as
follows:

17985-10 Gel-Mount 20 ml
17985-12 Crystal-Mount 30ml
17985-15 Crystal Mount 250 ml

     Thank you for the email about the BioMeda products. I was wondering if you
know if the new manufacturer is making any other products from the former
BioMeda company. We always ordered 10x Automation Buffer from BioMeda and are
now wondering where to get this product. If the new manufacturer is making it,
will you be handling it?

IMMUNOASSAY   BUFFER  Universal  10X

 

100ml : $38.00

1 Liter : $ 90.00

 

 

Description:  Immunoassay buffer is supplied as 10X solution. It is used as 1X in all immunoassays (Immunofluorescence, IHC, ELISA, WB).as a washing buffer and can be used as dilution buffer for antibodies; however it does not contain any carrier proteins. This buffer does not contain any phosphate, sodium azide or mercury preservative and can be used for dilution of all antibodies, including peroxidase, and antibodies to phosphoproteins. Not suitable for dilution of antibodies to S100 proteins.

 

Reagent: Buffer 10X

 

Storage:  Room temperature, if store at 2-8^oC. some sodium chloride will be precipitated, if this occurs, bring the buffer at room temperature and mix well till all sodium chloride is dissolved.

 

Preparation: Dilute this 10X buffer 10 times (e.g. 90 ml of deionized or distilled water + 10 ml of this buffer), mix well, store 1X solution at room temperature. It can be stored at RT for several weeks.

 

Application: Wash 3-5X with this buffer in between steps in your immunoassays protocol..
