Hi All,

Sorry if this is a repost, but I did search the archives and couldn't find
anything.

Does anyone have any experience with how clearing agents, particularly DBE,
get along with PLA or ABS plastic?

I'm interested in printing some parts, and realize I may be wasting my time?

I know the obvious experiment, but hoping someone could save me that
bandwidth.

Thanks in advance.

Hi Gary,

Polyoxymethylene (POM) is resistant to DBE.

Best,

David

Dear Gary,

3D printed ABS parts did not dissolve in DBE (I was keeping them immersed for 3 weeks, for a test)

all best,
Katja
