I wonder if anyone knows that the triplet state lifetime is for EGFP?
Also any good articles/reviews/book chapters on EGFP photophysics?

Sincerely,

Claire

we characterised the E2gfp could it be of interest?

In the first measurements with EGFP-protonation fluctuations, we had seen a 30
microsecond component in the FCS trace, and had commented that it could be the
triplet state (though I admit it appears a bit long for a triplet):

Don't know if there has been further work on this. However, Steve Boxer had
done a lot of ultrafast photophysics on GFP, if you are interested in that.
