What are your experiences with service conditions for prarie setups in Europe? Are they responsive, or you just end up with it and are left to your own sake?

I am not in Europe, so this does not answer your question, but I just want to say that  our experience is also good.

Hi Ekaterina,
I'm based in Genova (Italy).
I'm daily working with two photon systems from Prairie. No experience with
other tools.
Every time we have been in trouble with hardware problems we called in the
company
and they guided us to the definition of the problem and the individuation
of the best solution.
In the extreme case (only once in my experience), they came on site for
hardware replacement
with timing dictated only by flight/trip schedule and the administrative
times of my institute.
Software problems/request have been always successfully managed with calls,
remote connections or emails.
