Also, do you want to directly conjugate your primary antibody with a fluorophore? If not, you may get the brightest labeling by conjugating it (or a secondary antibody) with biotin and using a fluorescently labeled streptavidin. Good luck! I have been trying two different kits until now. Zenon labelling kit from Thermofisher and Lightning Link from Innova Biosciences. Both worked, but the signal was too weak. I was also considering using biotin - fluorescent streptavidin, but I wanted to ask what other users think about available products.
