Hello everyone,

I am looking for good kit for fluorescent labelling of the antibody. The
brighter, the better.
Did you use something like that? Do you have any suggestions? All i had
tried until now did not work well enough.

Thank you,
Ewa

Dear Dr. Biela--

What have you tried so far?

Also, do you want to directly conjugate your primary antibody with a
fluorophore?  If not, you may get the brightest labeling by conjugating
it (or a secondary antibody) with biotin and using a fluorescently
labeled streptavidin.

Good luck!

Thank you all for answers.

I have been trying two different kits until now.
Zenon labelling kit from Thermofisher and Lightning Link from Innova
Biosciences. Both worked, but the signal was too weak.
I was also considering using biotin - fluorescent streptavidin, but I
wanted to ask what other users think about available products.
