Dear listers, I would greatly appreciate if you could send us a feedback on TCS SP5 performance if you have one in your lab/core facility. I would like to know the performance of tandem-ressonant scanner, how often you end up with system down situations, how soon the problems are solved by Leica if you happen to have the service contract, have you ever put a sample under a LSM and TCS SP5 and compared the sensitivities of both systems and finally overall how satisfied you are on the performance of the TCS SP5. By the way does anybody in the list have the new Supercontinuum white laser installed in the SP5 (X). You can contact me off the list if you wish to share the information directly to me. Thanking you so much in advance for your kind reply.
