Software/program

Search the CONFOCAL archive at

Hello all,

Is there any deconvolution software or program that I can use in order
to do the deconvolution with in situ PSFs?

Thanks in advanced
Sarah

You can take a look at the deconvolution plugins that are available
for ImageJ.  There is a set by Robert Dougherty that are quite
impressive.

There's a couple of new plugins for imageJ, I've tried the spectral version,
works quite well.

I generated the psfs using bob dougherty's psf diffraction plugin.

AutoQuant can use experimental or theoretical PSF's, including blind
deconvolution to discover an unknown point spread function.

Of course, I'm a bit biased, since we write the stuff - but it works
quite well.
