Dear Erin,
One of my former colleagues in Hungary is desperately looking for a system like that for the University of Debrecen. I don't know how to take care of the administrative side of this, though. Hopefully someone on the list will know. I'd be happy to contribute to the task of organising.
Thanks,
Zoltan

http://listserv.acsu.buffalo.edu/cgi-bin/wa?S1=confocal Dear Erin, You could gift it to the Imaging Facility of our department (Genetics and Development) in Columbia University. We are in desperate need of a confocal microscope for live-cell imaging experiments and training. I would be happy to coordinate this. http://listserv.acsu.buffalo.edu/cgi-bin/wa?S1=confocal Hello Erin I have a lab in Thailand http://www.qub.ac.uk/cmsrc/html/naresuan_university.html and have been looking out for a confocal for some time. There is little chance of getting funding locally so I have been hoping for some donated equipment. I could look after the freighting and so forth. http://listserv.acsu.buffalo.edu/cgi-bin/wa?S1=confocal Hi Erin, We would deeply appreciate a microscope supporting FRET-FRAP and time lapse experiments in Athens University as there is nothing available and the only possibility to obtain one is through donation. We can arrange all details necessary. all the best, Frosso -- -- Effrossyni Boutou PhD, Dept of Biochemistry & Molecular Biology, Faculty of Biology, School of Sciences, Athens University, Panepistimiopolis Ilissia, 157 84 Athens, Greece Tel. +30 210 727 4510 Fax. +30 210 727 4158 email: <[hidden email]> > Search the CONFOCAL archive at > http://listserv.acsu.buffalo.edu/cgi-bin/wa?S1=confocal > > Hello all, > We are looking for a good home for a Leica TCS SL confocal microscope. > Any ideas on how to go about this? > Thank you, > Erin > Alliance Analytical > (650) 324-2569 > |

http://listserv.acsu.buffalo.edu/cgi-bin/wa?S1=confocal Dear Erin, I could drive down from Reno, Nevada and pick it up from your doorstep (negating import/export duties/paper work etc.) and incorporate it into my imaging core. It would be acknowledged in any subsequent publications as "a generous gift from Alliance Analytical" I would also be interested in purchasing the Nikon E600 which you have listed on your website. Let me know. Yours Sincerely, Will William J. Hatton, PhD Res. Asst.
