tracking in cells ? If yes how does it perform ?
Thanks

Re: image pro plus and 2d/3d Tracking ?

JP. Image Pro has powerful tools for doing this. The answer with regards
to performance; it depends, it depends, and it depends.
There are different methods for doing this and you need to work with
them in order to find a solution that yields the best performance for
your sample.

You can always do it manually by clicking on the cells, Image Pro
automatically advances through the Z-stack presenting the next optical
slice.
The automated counting methods will take some time to perfect.

Re: image pro plus and 2d/3d Tracking ?

Hi,

I was used to work with volocity in my previous lab, but for here, I'm looking for something more polyvalent that can also do tracking. So I thought image pro was a good choice.

Thank you for the information

JP

Hello
Have you ever tried Imaris from Bitplane?
It seems to me that it will fulfill your needs.
They have an 7-days evaluation software.
