I'm looking for something like this from Warner:
http://www.warneronline.com/product_info.cfm?id=735

Their smallest chambers work with 12mm coverslips, I was hoping to find a 8
or 10mm variant from another manufacturer. Has anyone seen one?

Rafael,

We started 3D printing our sample chambers.

https://github.com/PRNicovich/BenlideChambers

Easy enough to make a new size if one was so inclined.  There are concerns
about material compatibility and longevity, but especially for fixed
samples these seem to work quite well and are cheap.

Hi Rafael, not exactly the same but an excellent product, check the Chamlide chambers from LCI.

No commercial interest, they just work really well.

Farid.

Some of the 'Biocompatible' labeled printer materials seem OK for short
term work. I've used Objet MED610 for chambers for ex-vivo preps with no
issues, but those are <24hr exposure to the material.

Typically my samples grow on 8-10mm coverslips. I just place them in a
chamber for short-term (<6 hr) imaging and then they are discarded. I will
certainly check out that material and 3D designs.

Thanks!
