To join, leave or search the confocal microscopy listserv, go to: http://lists.umn.edu/cgi-bin/wa?A0=confocalmicroscopy ***** ** Vendor Response ** Hi, Manish, You would probably want an AM ester derivative. Beyond this, there are variables to consider: What wavelength is preferred? What wavelength options are on your confocal? What Kd is desired? Do you want ratiometric or non-ratiometric response? Are other dyes present? I would advise that you call our technical support group at Molecular Probes (see my signature, below) if you would like help. Jason Jason A. I obtained nice results with snarf 5f (pKa 7.2) in isolated skeletal muscle cells. This synthetic dye is ratiometric. Good luck Sandrine Pouvreau ________________________________________ De : Confocal Microscopy List [[hidden email]] de la part de Manish Kumar [[hidden email]] Date d'envoi : jeudi 22 décembre 2011 07:07 À : [hidden email] Objet : intracellular ph change ***** To join, leave or search the confocal microscopy listserv, go to: http://lists.umn.edu/cgi-bin/wa?A0=confocalmicroscopy ***** Dear List, Can you please help me in selecting a dye for measuring intracellular pH change by confocal.I am planning to do the live cell recording for this.
