You could try breaking off the plastic of a 50mm round Willco Dish (no commercial interest). Maybe Willco can sell you the in assembled dishes?

I did not see any large round coverglasses at
http://brainresearchlab.com/product/cover-glass-all-sizes/
but you might call or amil Brain Research Laboratories to see if they
simply did not make them easy to find on their web site.

For something that large you may have to go custom.

Consider trying a custom order from the company Marienfeld-Superior (

)

Agar Scientific also has quality, high precision circular coverslips, but
I'm unsure as to whether they do custom orders.

I get 40mm coverslips from Bioptechs and they sell them in 200, 500 and 1000 packs or as part of the FCS2 and FCS3 systems: http://216.92.84.132/wordpress/product/fcs3-system/ 

I also sometimes use these glass bottom culture dishes as a coverslip: https://www.warneronline.com/product_info.cfm?id=755 and  https://www.mattek.com/store-category/cultureware/glass-bottom-dishes/50-mm-dish/ 
But they are not exactly 50mm.
